Mark Levin says the thing that is not supposed to be said
Levin lifts the lid off Fox News' censorship policy of 2020 election fraud
On Mark Levin’s October 17, 2021 Fox New Channel broadcast Life, Liberty & Levin, Levin opened with “I’m going to discuss a subject that I’m not supposed to discuss: the 2020 election. And I’m going to discuss some conspiracies that took place in the 2020 election, not with voting machines, not even with ballot counting, just conspiracies that took place: dark money, billionaires, the Democrat Party, corporatists, and others.
“And if we don’t address this, in the next election for President, in 2024, it’s going to wind up the same way…”
Levin’s prologue caught my attention because numerous complaints regarding Fox News from viewers on NewsOp report that any discussion of the 2020 election fraud has become taboo on Fox News Channel programming. And yet Levin dives right into the subject that other Fox presenters such as Hannity, Carlson, and even the outspoken former congressional candidate Dan Bongino fear to tread. But in the court of public opinion, something about the 2020 election very much stinks.
Exhibit 1: Levin opened his background information with an article we remember from last winter published in Time, “The secret history of the shadow campaign that saved the 2020 election” by Molly Ball, February 4, 2021. Ball’s confession reveals that the Democrat operatives, including the media, “…touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter suppression lawsuits [voter integrity lawsuits] recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation [free speech with opposing views] and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears [ala Hunter Biden’s laptop]. They executed national public-awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks, preventing Trump’s conspiracy theories and false claims of victory from getting more traction. After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result. ‘The untold story of the election is the thousands of people of both parties who accomplished the triumph of American democracy at its very foundation,’ says Norm Eisen, a prominent lawyer and former Obama Administration official who recruited Republicans and Democrats to the board of the Voter Protection Program [aka “the world’s largest election fraud organization” according to Joe Biden].”
Exhibit 2: “Mark Zuckerberg Spent $419M On Non-profits Ahead of 2020 Election—And Got Out The Dem Vote”, New York Post, William Doyle, Ph.D., October 13, 2021 (New York Post is owned by the same company as Fox News Channel, giving Levin a legitimate gateway to open this subject matter). “…Analysis conducted by our team [New York Post says] demonstrates this money significantly significantly increased Joe Biden’s vote margin in key swing states. In places like Georgia, where Biden won by 12,000 votes, and Arizona where he won by 10,000, the spending likely put him over the top. This unprecedented merger of public election offices with private resources and personnel is an acute threat to our republic and should be the focus of electoral reform efforts moving forward… The Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) passed a staggering $419.5 million of Zuckerberg’ Money into local government elections offices, and it came with strings attached. Every CTCL and CEIR grant spelled out in great detail the conditions under which the grant money was to be used… Big CTCL and CEIR money had nothing to do with traditional campaign finance, lobbying or other expenses that are related to increasingly expensive modern elections. It had to do with financing the infiltration of election offices at the city and county level by left-wing activists and using those offices as a platform to implement preferred administrative practices, voting methods and data-sharing agreements, as well as to launch intensive outreach campaigns in areas heavy with [Democrat] voters.
“For instance, CTCL/CEIR funded self-described “vote navigators” in Wisconsin to “assist voters, potentially at their front doors, to answer questions, assist in ballot curing …and witness absentee ballot signatures,” and a temporary staffing agency affiliated with Stacey Abrams called Happy Faces counting the votes amid the election night chaos in Fulton County, Georgia. CTCL demanded the promotion of universal mail-in voting through suspending election laws, extending deadlines that favored mail-in over in-person voting, greatly expanding opportunities for “ballot curing,” expensive bulk mailings, and other lavish “community outreach” programs that were directed by private activists. CTCL drove the proliferation of unmonitored private drop boxes (which created major chain-of-custody issues) and opportunities for novel forms of “mail-in ballot electioneering,” allowed for the submission of numerous questionable post-election-day ballots, and created opportunities for illegal ballot harvesting. CTCL greatly increased funding for temporary staffing and poll workers, which supported the infiltration of election offices by paid Democratic Party activists, coordinated through a complex web of left-leaning nonprofit organizations, social media platforms and social media election influencers.
“… Funding and managing elections has always been a government function, not a private one, and for good reason. Private organizations are not subject to the rules for public employees and institutions—they are not required to hold public hearings, cannot be monitored via open-records requests and other mechanisms of administrative and financial transparency, are not subject to the normal checks and balances of the governmental process and are not accountable to voters if the public disapproves of their actions. The practical effect of these massive, privately manipulated election-office funding disparities was to create a ‘shadow’ election system with a built-in structural bias that systematically favored Democratic voters over Republican voters. The massive influx of funds essentially created a high-powered, concierge-like get-out-the-vote effort for Biden that took place inside the election system, rather than attempting to influence it from the outside.
Exhibit 3: “Top Democrat Lawyer Uses Dark Money Network To Fund Progressive Lawsuits,” Paul Bois, Breitbart, September 15, 2021: “ …Prior to the formation of his new firm, [Marc] Elias formed extensive ties with a dark money network headed by Arabella Advisors, a company that manages several non-profits: Hopewell Fund, the Sixteen Thirty Fund, the New Venture Fund, and the Windward Fund. According to Fox News, in July 2020, Elias created the Democracy Docket Legal Fund, which was a ‘fiscally sponsored project of the Hopewell Fund.’ Wealthy Democratic donors use these funds to pour cash into dozens of initiatives that fall under Arabella’s umbrella. According to the network’s most recent tax forms, the four funds combined to haul in $715 million in cash from secret donors in 2019 alone. The group also pushes money to outside organizations that do not fall under its auspices. In addition to Democracy Docket LLC, Elias created the Democracy Docket Action Fund to raise money for voting rights lawsuits, The New York Times reported last year. According to an ActBlue donation page, the action fund is a project of the North Fund, which also boasts connections to Arabella Advisors.”
Donald Trump, stated Levin in his closing argument, has a point. “You may not agree with every point, and depending on the state, there may be evidence, there may not be evidence, but the idea that we can’t talk about the last election so that the democrats can now lay the foundation for the 2024 election and do the same thing, and double what they’re doing, is unacceptable. Dark money, front groups, hundreds of millions of dollars raised, changing the voting system, so to accommodate the Democrat Party and the Democrat nominee… this is something that needs to be investigated.”
There. Levin said it, so I don’t have to. But Levin comes closer than any other opinion item I have seen or heard about on Fox News to an admission that a horrendous election control system looms out of reach of the voting citizenry.
What I found most interesting about Levin’s opening segment was that there was no mention of voting machines, fake ballots, or dead voters (I reference those below in the Arizona audit) and yet he brilliantly lays out the billionaire source funding and the pathway to the elections officials that spawned the fraud, without even using the word “fraud”. Honestly speaking, anyone who can single-handedly dump $1 billion into an election campaign could purchase an awful amount of fraud. It’s dark money purchasing contract vendors with no accountability or oversight. Fraud, then, or what some people consider to be “stealing the election”, is the end-game.
Meanwhile in Mesa County, Colorado, which used Dominion voting machines in the 2020 election, we learned that the Colorado Secretary of State relies entirely on Dominion company representatives, or their contractor agents, to program, monitor, and alter or upgrade the programming of these machines, with no proper, qualified external oversight. County elections officials are not even allowed to verify or examine what goes on inside those machines—they rely on company agents. If anyone had a billion dollars to invest dark money into voting machine companies or their affiliates, just imagine how easily they could purchase custom-tailored election results from voting technology companies such as Dominion or SmartMatic. There is no integrity in a closed electronic system that does not take place transparently in open view of the public, and is not held accountable to the law. That scenario, according to Levin, is exactly what happened. Thus we really don’t need to pare down to the details to prove exactly what happened, because the election results provided prima facie evidence of what actually had happened.
What we have learned in both the Maricopa County, Arizona and Mesa County Colorado cases is that the “tamper-proof” voting machines were tampered with before, during, and after the 2020 election.
In Mesa County, the machines were updated with software by Dominion’s agents prior to election but after the machines —had been certified—a violation of state election law, meaning the machines were hacked after they had been certified, and were thus ineligible for election use. Then the records, obtained in a forensic image made of two of the machines, shows access and modification to files during the election, which could only be accomplished by electronic access over the internet; and sure enough, it turns out that these voter machines can indeed be accessed over the internet.
America’s Favorite Pillow Guy, Mike Lindell, claims to have copies of captured IP transmissions to the voting machines from various points around the globe including China, and no one has been able to dispute or disprove his claims, even though the data is publicly displayed on Lindell’s web site. Dominion executives have testified before Congress under oath that these machines are not connected to the Internet, yet Lindell has shown that the machines were connected before, during, and after the election. Lindell has published both a graphic of the IP connections to the election machines, as well as some file information from the forensic copies, on his new web site, frankspeech.com.
In the Mesa County case, the Colorado attorney general seized Mesa County’s Dominion machines, and hauled them off to an unknow location, declaring that they had been tampered with, and had to be wiped, and could no longer be used. That’s an interesting curiosity given that if the machines had been tampered with, only a moron would wipe them of any evidence of tampering, especially since the machines “could no longer be used.” Wouldn’t you want to preserve that information for investigation? Or are you wiping the machines to conceal the evidence?
Luckily for the Colorado AG, America’s Favorite Pillow Guy already obtained a forensic copy of at least two of the County’s voting machine data drives prior to the AG’s seizure of the equipment, so that maybe some day investigators can get to the bottom of this. Proponents of a Colorado elections audit fear that the Colorado AG along with the Secretary of State will move to erase the evidence on the physical machines before a legal inquiry could take place, even though federal elections law prohibits the destruction of records for 22 months following the election. According to the evidence I was shown by Lindell’s group, Mesa County files were erased and altered both during and immediately after the 2020 election. The only persons known to have access to the voting machines, according to Mesa County elections officials, were agents for Dominion. However, since the machines were connected to a network, internet access was also possible, and the IP records on the data drives seem to indicate this happened.
The results of a legislative investigation in Arizona produced similar results as the Colorado case, with investigators reporting evidence of major voter fraud and election voter machine chicanery. The Maricopa County elections office is controlled and staffed by Democrats who vehemently opposed the elections audit:
3,981 voted despite registered after the Oct 15 deadline (invalid votes)
11,326 voted who were not on rolls on Nov 7th but were on the rolls Dec 4th
18,000 voted and then were removed from rolls after the election closed
74,243 mail-in ballots with no evidence of ever being sent by mail to the registered person on the ballot mailing list
With nearly 120,000 fraudulent or ineligible ballots cast in a single county alone, it is a stretch to proclaim Joe Biden the winner for the entire state, because it is impossible for most of these fraudulent ballots to be traced to the actual vote—especially after the voting results were hurriedly deleted.
An Arizona state senator proclaimed: “I have heard enough. With the tens of thousands of ballots mailed without being requested, the over ten thousand people who voted after registering after November 3rd, the failure of Maricopa to turn over the 40% machines, the passwords that Dominion still refuses to turn over, & tens of thousands of unauthorized queries demonstrating how insecure the election was, I call for the Biden electors to be recalled to Arizona & a new election must be conducted. Arizona’s electors must not be awarded fraudulently & we need to get this right”—Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers via Twitter.
The full picture of what happened before, during, and after the November 3, 2020, election, is coming into focus, and Mark Levine precisely pinned the tail onto the Donkey: billionaires and millionaires, dark money totally hidden from public view or federal registration, election processing by private interest groups with no accountability, unlawful changes in the voter registration laws and balloting laws, and lawsuits prepared to force the election result in one direction only.
